2. Scope of Services

Our services include:

• Audio-Visual system design and integration.
• Video conferencing and collaboration solutions.
• LED video walls and digital signage.
• Surveillance and security systems.
• AV control and automation systems.
• AI-based video analytics solutions.
• Consultancy, support, and maintenance.
• All services are delivered based on agreed proposals, contracts, and project scope documents.

3. Quotations & Pricing

• All quotations are valid for a limited period, typically 15 to 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are exclusive of VAT unless explicitly mentioned.
• Hardware, installation, and configuration costs may vary depending on project requirements.
• Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be charged separately.

4. Orders & Payments

• A purchase order or written confirmation is required to initiate any project.
• Payment terms are defined in the proposal, such as advance, milestone-based, or completion-based.
• Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
• Sysconic reserves the right to charge interest on overdue payments where applicable.

5. Project Execution & Delivery

• Project timelines are estimated based on current scope and availability of materials.
• Delays caused by client dependencies, including approvals, site readiness, or access, are not the responsibility of Sysconic.
• Any changes to scope may impact delivery timelines and costs.

6. Installation & Site Requirements

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing site readiness including power, network, civil work, and access.
• Ensuring safe working conditions.
• Providing necessary approvals and permissions.
• Sysconic is not liable for delays or damages due to improper site conditions.

7. Warranty & Support

• Products supplied are covered under manufacturer warranty terms.
• Sysconic provides installation warranty, typically 3 to 12 months unless specified.
• Annual Maintenance Contracts or support services are optional and separately chargeable.

8. Use of Website

By using our website, you agree:

• Not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the website.
• Not to copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission.
• Not to use the website for unlawful purposes.

9. Intellectual Property

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted system performance due to external factors such as network, power, or third-party systems.
• Liability, if any, is limited to the value of the contract.

11. Third-Party Products & Integrations

Sysconic integrates products from third-party vendors. We are not responsible for failures or limitations arising from third-party systems or software. Vendor-specific terms and warranties apply.

12. AI & Analytics Disclaimer

For AI-based solutions, including video analytics:

• Accuracy depends on environmental conditions and data quality.
• Results are indicative and should not be solely relied upon for critical decisions.
• Continuous tuning and calibration may be required.

13. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all business, technical, and commercial information shared during the engagement.

14. Termination

Sysconic reserves the right to terminate services if:

• Payment terms are not met.
• The client breaches agreement terms.
• Project conditions become unfeasible.
• Any completed work up to termination will be billed accordingly.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
